And I am so glad you are here.
For years, my body sent quiet invitations to slow down and pay attention. Like many women, I was highly skilled at overriding those signals, choosing performance over presence, numbness over feeling.
In 2020, I became a mother while walking alongside aging parents through the final chapters of their lives. Crossing one threshold after another, I met each season the only way I knew how…moving through my days on autopilot, unable to be fully present for the sacred thresholds of birth, life and death that were reshaping me.
In that season, defined by love, responsibility and grief, the beckoning from my body became undeniable. My heart and body cracked wide open.
It was there that I discovered a deep, unshakable knowing: there was a language I had forgotten. The quiet language of the feminine, of intuition, sensation, rhythm and inner knowing.
With curiosity and tenderness, I began to remember the language of my body.
And in remembering, I came home to myself.
This daily devotion continues to shape how I live. It is from this place that I have the deep honor of walking alongside others as they remember the wisdom of their own bodies and find their way home.
What I do
I am a holistic mind-body coach specializing in somatic and trauma-sensitive approaches to personal growth and nervous system healing. I support women in their journeys of reconnecting with their bodies, cultivating deep self-trust grounded in presence and expanding emotional capacity, so they may move through life with greater intention, agency and resilience.
My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change does not come from trying harder, it comes from relating to yourself in a new way. My coaching is grounded in curiosity, compassion and collaboration. I honor your body’s wisdom and your unique pace. I hold space for you to reconnect with who you already are beneath the layers of conditioning and survival.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, I facilitate monthly in-person women’s circles, where we gather to co-regulate, move our bodies, share authentic connection and engage in meaningful rituals. These circles are an invitation to slow down, be witnessed and remember that healing does not always happen alone, it can also happen in a supportive community.
Whether we are working together 1:1 or gathering in circle, it is my intention to create spaces where you can come home to yourself, with greater awareness, self-trust and compassion.
I am currently completing a certificate in Mind-Body Coaching through The Embody Lab (to be completed Fall 2026) and I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach through MindBodyGreen.
